The Provider (freelance coaching staff) needs to meet the following standards:
Lead Coach:
§ A minimum Level 2 Football Coaching Certificate (or a generic Level 2 qualification in Sports Leadership/ Community Sports Coaching)
§ Safeguarding and protecting children workshop certificate or equivalent NGB specific training (less than 3 years old or a willingness to update/undertake this training).
§ Emergency first aid certificate or equivalent NGB specific training (less than 3 years old or a willingness to update/undertake this training).
Assistant Coach:
§ A minimum Level 1 Football Coaching Certificate (or a generic Level 1 qualification in Sports Leadership/ Community Sports Coaching)
§ Safeguarding and protecting children workshop certificate or equivalent NGB specific training (less than 3 years old or a willingness to update/undertake this training).
§ Emergency first aid certificate or equivalent NGB specific training (less than 3 years old or a willingness to update/undertake this training).
