Finalists announced for the Community Celebration Awards 2024!

Sport Birmingham are proud to announce the finalists for the 2024 Community Celebration Awards, recognising the outstanding contributions of individuals and organisations that have made a positive impact on our community through sport and physical activity.

From hundreds of inspiring nominations, our expert panels have selected 30 finalists who will be honoured at the awards evening on November 21st at Edgbaston Stadium. A special thanks to our dedicated staff, Board members, and external partners (The Active Wellbeing Society, British Blind Sport, Access Sport, United By 2022, and CIMPSA) for their invaluable expertise in selecting these deserving finalists.

Dan Smith (Business Development Manager) looks forward to the event:

I’m genuinely inspired by the incredible work of our finalists for the Community Celebration Awards. These individuals and organisations demonstrate the positive impact sport and physical activity have on our communities, often transforming lives and creating lasting change. Each finalist reflects dedication, resilience, and the spirit of collaboration, values that drive our work forward. We’re excited to come together on the 21st of November at Edgbaston Stadium to celebrate their achievements and thank our sponsors and partners for helping make this event a reality.
